Account Executive

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Develops and implements agreed upon plan which will meet both personal and company goals of expanding customer base. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Requirements
  • Bachelors or Equal work related experience
  • 3+ Years in Supply or Printing Industry
  • Good Communication Skills
  • In depth understanding on Microsoft Office
What we Expect from you?
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers for their accounts issues and needs.
  • Provide prospect/customer with price quotations and insure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding such programs.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking and inputs them into CRM Software.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Researches trends and developments of primary industry(s) through the use of related publications, internet and training sessions to maintain and grow current knowledge base.
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
  • Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes Performs other related duties as assigned

Account Receivable Administrator

The Accounts Receivable Admin reports to the Controller and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the AR reporting system. DSO is the key metric related to job performance with this position.

Requirements
  • Bachelors or Equal work related experience
  • 5+ Years in Accounting
  • Good Internal/External Communication Skills
  • In depth understanding on Microsoft Office
What we Expect from you?
  • Maintain collection practices according to Sierra standards.
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices/statements and coding payment documents
  • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
  • Data enter invoices for payment
  • Process backup reports after data entry
  • Record all inbound checks
  • Maintain listing of accounts receivable breakdown
  • Print and distribute monthly AR/DSO reports
