How do I set up a Business Account?
You can easily set up an account by calling, email or have one of our experienced account executives come by and set your account up.
What are the terms given for a business account?
Most business accounts are given 30 day terms with a credit application filled out.

There is no charge for delivery and no minimum for office supplies. Some areas may have shipping charges out of the Sierra delivery coverage for Printing, Signage, and Furniture.

No, there is not a minimum for delivery.
What is the normal delivery time for my office supply order?
Next business day delivery is the normal process for your office supplies.
Is furniture available for quick delivery?
Yes, Sierra offers a wide variety of in-stock furniture for quick delivery.

Yes, Sierra has a full staff of graphic and design specialists to help with any project.

How do I place an order?
You can place your order many different ways to make it easier for you. Order online, by email, fax, or call your account executive or inside customer service representative to place your order.
What is the cut off time to place an order?
The cut off to receive your office supply order the next business day is 5:00 pm. All other product categories will depend on the delivery needs of your project and our production scheduling team's efforts to make sure you receive your project on time.
How do I order Printing?
You can set up a complete on-line ordering system for your company or order directly with your account executive. You can also, place orders by email and phone to a personal inside customer service representative.

How do I order Furniture?
You can order furniture through your account executive or inside customer service.
How long does special order furniture take?
The time will depend on the manufacturer and the scope of the project. To help with this, many furniture manufacturers offer special order, quick-turn items.
Do you design office furniture projects with drawings, so I can see how it will look?
Yes, Sierra has a full commercial furniture design team who will sketch up your prospective space. They work alongside you to make your project look exactly the way you want it at the budget you set.
How long will it take to complete the drawings of the furniture in my planned space?
Once the parameters and scope of your project is planned by your Furniture specialist, your drawings will be scheduled and given to you based on the size and needs of the project. Many simple projects will receive their drawings within 2-5 working days.
How do I order Janitorial, Cleaning, and Break Room supplies?

We can send you a custom stamp catalog and order form to send in; or, you can order directly from your account executive or customer service representative.
How do I order a Sign or Banner?
You can order custom signs and banners through your account executive or inside customer service representative.
How long does it take to get my new banner?
Your sign or banner project turnaround time will depend on the delivery needs of your project and our production scheduling team's efforts to ensure you receive your project on time, when you need it.
