About these terms

sierrabg.com (the “site”) is run by Sierra Office Systems and Products (“Sierra Office Supply & Printing,” “Sierra,” “we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page, and the date above shows when they last changed.

Using the site

The site is meant for businesses and organizations looking for office supplies, printing and related services, and it isn’t directed at children under 13. When you use it, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site to infringe anyone’s rights, including their copyrights, trademarks or privacy;
• send anything unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or obscene through the site’s forms or uploads;
• upload viruses or other harmful code, or try to reach parts of the site or our systems that aren’t meant for you;
• interfere with the site or overload it, including with automated requests;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms.

Quotes, orders and prices

The site describes what we offer and lets you request a quote or send us files. It doesn’t take orders or payments itself. Orders are placed with your account executive or customer service representative, by phone or email, or through our online stores.

Each order is covered by the quote or order confirmation we give you, your account terms, and our shipping and returns policies. Prices, products and availability can change without notice and can vary by location.

We work to describe products accurately, but colors and sizes can look different on screen. If we find an error in a price or description, we’ll correct it and contact you before filling an affected order, or cancel the order if we need to.

Files and artwork you send us

When you upload files or send artwork for printing, signs, promotional products or any other job, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to reproduce it, including any logos, trademarks and photos in it. We may ask for proof of that permission, and we may decline a job that we believe infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law.

You keep ownership of your files, and you give us permission to use them to quote, proof, produce and deliver your job.

Our content and trademarks

The text, photos, graphics, logos and design of the site belong to Sierra or are used with permission. You may view the site and print pages for your own business use, such as placing an order. Please don’t copy, republish or change site content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Sierra’s names and logos are our trademarks. Other brand and product names on the site, such as the manufacturers whose products we sell, belong to their owners and appear only to identify those products.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites run by others, including the online stores and catalogs our partners host for us. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse everything on them.

Copyright concerns

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and include:

• the work or mark you believe is being infringed;
• where on the site the material appears, such as its web address;

• a statement that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner, and that the information you’ve given is accurate.

We’ll review the request and remove material where appropriate.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the site at your own risk. This doesn’t affect any warranty that comes with a product or service you buy from us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sierra and its owners, employees and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

These limits apply to the site only. Orders you place with us are covered by the terms of that order and your account. Some states don’t allow certain warranty exclusions or limits on damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Sierra because you broke these terms, or because of a file or other content you sent us, you agree to cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. Any claim relating to the site must be brought within one year after it arises.

The site is run from the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you’re responsible for following your local laws.

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and Sierra about using the site.
